Re-pressing release date : A 28 track, double CD collection of rare mixes, remixes and B- sides taken from Alien Sex Fiend's 12 inch singles dating from 1983 to 1995. Sourced from the Anagram Records' archives, this collection included tracks that had not been available since their original release, some appearing on CD for the first time, such as 'I'm Doing Time In A Maximum Security Twilight Home (Football Mix)' and 'Dead And Buried (12" version)' and an alternate version of 'In And Out Of My Mind'. The 16 page CD booklet features a full UK discography with accompanying front covers, sleeve notes and some of the rare 12 inch record sleeves that have long since been deleted. Includes a version of every one of the band's Anagram 12" singles, all 17 of them! |

ASF write : Sorry we've been quiet for some time - lots has been going on. Firstly, & on a sad note, we are very sorry to tell you that due to circumstances beyond our control, Blue Crumb Truck (the official ASF merchandise store) has had to close down. Liz Howell, who has been running the store had to leave unexpectedly due to family commitments. Although Liz already knows how much we appreciate her efforts and her brilliant customer service, we would like to thank her here for her exceptional work over the years. We would also like to thank every one of you for your orders and support over that time. This decision has been very difficult. We have looked at other options but due to various reasons, it is not possible to continue the store. On a positive note : Amongst all of the turmoil, we have also been working on a very special project - the 3rd in the Classic Albums Box Set series! (The nice people at Cherry Red Records will continue to stock Alien Sex Fiend releases, such as Classic Albums Box Sets Vol 1 and Vol 2, the new Vol 3, Fiendology, RIP 12 Inch Collection... All titles should be available via other retailers too.) |
